• 2010 Proposed City of Minneapolis Budget & Mayor’s Proposed Property Tax Increase of 11%- Presented by City Council Vice President Robert Lilligren (20 minutes).

• Phillips West Holiday Party/Open House- will be Thursday December 3^rd from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Free Holiday Dinner will be provided)!
